The European Commercial Bank is choosing a 100-year-old building for its Moscow domicile, which is being extensively modernized and expanded to accommodate a modern, western-equipped bank. With the help of modern CAD-supported planning tools, ELCON plans low voltage supply, lighting, telephone and call systems, fire and lightning protection devices, access control systems, video surveillance and burglary protection systems.
