During the war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, ELCON worked in the middle of the kin region. Here in Yerevan, the German Foreign Ministry commissioned the construction of a prosthetics center in 1991. ELCON was responsible for the execution and partly also for the planning of the electrical and communication systems.
