Electrical engineering: In 1996, the German Foreign Ministry had the huge Wernadskovo 103 apartment complex in Moscow completely renovated and modernized for 80 million DM. For 4 years ELCON renewed the electrical equipment, the communication systems, the antenna system and the fire protection system.
